Newsletter for April 28, 2017

Wow another month gone by! It will be May when the kids come to school on Monday. Get ready for a crazy busy month! I have tried to include all the things happening in May on the newsletter, so please check that out for important dates.

Some important notes came home today about the field trip (May 22) and a cardboard arcade on May 26. Please check them out!

We are planning on sending out a google doc after school today for a sign up to help out with the picnic after we visit the animal park on May 22. We are hoping to have enough help to provide a hot dog lunch at Hager Park at around 1:00 for our third graders. Thanks in advance for considering to help out.

Happy Birthday Miller!

Miller celebrated his birthday on Friday, March 31 – the first day of Spring Break! What a great way to celebrate a birthday! Miller brought in a treat for the class on Thursday so we could help him celebrate a little early. We hope you had a great birthday Miller!

Newsletter for April 14, 2017

Welcome back! I hope everyone had a great spring break. Get ready for a crazy, busy finish to the end of the school year. A couple of things I want to let you know about in the upcoming weeks:

  1. Library next week and the week of May 4th will be on Thursday afternoon. We have to change our time due to M-Step testing and we can’t be in the library during that time.
  2.  M-Step testing for third graders is May 16, 17, and 18. We will be testing from 12:15 to 2:00 (and longer if needed) all three of those dates. Please try to avoid appointments and early pick-ups those dates if possible. Thank you!
